1. Commitment to achieving Net Zero
Quotex Systems Limited is committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions from its UK operations by 2050 or earlier. The company has set a 2030 net zero target for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and a 2050 net zero target for Scope 3 emissions. Scope 1 is currently reported as zero. The target boundary aligns to the company’s UK reporting boundary.
2. Baseline emissions footprint reporting period FY2025 (Sept 2024 – August 2025) – Scopes 1,2,3
The 2025 baseline provides the reference against which future emissions are assessed. Scope 3 estimates draw upon factory data and appropriate emission factors; changes in supplier data and assessment coverage may affect comparability. Baseline calculation records and category allocation should be retained.

5. Calculation methodology, limitations and comparability
The assessment uses the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard and Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard, together with relevant UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors, supplier-provided product carbon data and activity-based calculations. The reporting boundary is operational control. Where primary data were unavailable, documented assumptions were applied, including estimates of office energy consumption and transport distances. The company intends to improve data quality through supplier, landlord and logistics-provider engagement.
Reported emissions rose from 15,476.15 tCO₂e (2025) to 19,044.86 tCO₂e (2026), a difference of 3,568.71 tCO₂e (approximately 23.1%). This is a comparison of the figures supplied, not evidence of like-for-like annual performance until reporting periods, activity volumes and calculation methods have been reconciled.”
6. Carbon reduction targets and pathway
